The Klein Collins High School Band (KC Band) is led by Director of Bands: Babs Streit, Associate Director: Jason Nitsch, and Assistant Director: Jared McEntyre, with Percussion Director: Lauretta Noller, Percussion Specialist: Lamar Burkhalter, and Color Guard Director: Tiffany Quinones and Color Guard Tech:  Ashley Vargas.

The KC Band offers a wide variety of educational and performance opportunities through the four performing bands, marching band, jazz ensemble, color guard/winter guard, a non-performing instrumental music class, and private lesson program. The experiences that come with membership in the KC Band builds academic excellence, discipline, character, pride, and self-confidence at a crucial age which forms the springboard to even greater achievements in adulthood.

The KC Band program is supported not only by all of the directors but also by the Klein Collins Band Association (KCBA). KCBA is an organization comprised of parents/guardians of all Klein Collins Band members and any other parties who have a vested interest in the success of the band programs at Klein Collins High School.  The primary purpose of the Band Association is to assist the Director of Bands in the development of excellence in music education, performance skills, and leadership in the band students. The Band Association accomplishes this by providing financial, logistical, and moral support in a balanced fashion for all of the band programs and the students who participate in them.
